I give Hyannis Toyota a high rating because I currently have two Toyota's that I have serviced there, both were purchased there as well. I find the staff friendly and helpful and the work completed correct have two Toyota's that I have serviced there, both were purchased there as well. I find the staff friendly and helpful and the work completed correctly the first time. I get my vehicles back washed and ready to go. The facility is new and the waiting room is large and comfortable. You can relax in a leather recliner and watch tv or work on the computer. They also have a shuttle to take you home or work if need be. I highly recommend Hyannis Toyota. More

Ever since I bought my new Camry in 2003, I was affected by the sales peoples' great attitudes. There was no pressure on "Satch's" part and he went out of his way to find me a blue Camry-as there were none by the sales peoples' great attitudes. There was no pressure on "Satch's" part and he went out of his way to find me a blue Camry-as there were none on the lot at the time. Since then when I want to have the oil changed-it is always,"when is it convenient for you?". The customer always comes first. Recently, when I took it in for the annual inspection, I asked if the mechanic would check my fluid levels as I was going on a trip. I was told they would do a 27 point inspection and found they had replaced some fluids and NEVER charged me! The waiting room is comfortable with its reclining chairs and all the other amenities- coffee, snacks,TV, internet, etc. Hyannis Toyota is the only place that will ever service my car-I wouldn't consider any other! I travel one hour, from Fairhaven, to get to this dealership for work on my car although there are closer dealerships. Until this past year, I dealt with Rick and trusted his advice. He is the one dealership for work on my car although there are closer dealerships. Until this past year, I dealt with Rick and trusted his advice. He is the one who told me of shuttle service or car loaner. When Karen J. Took over, he vouched for her and he was right. They ADVISE me as opposed to trying to sell me every fix-it or upgrade. I even got my new tires there as I knew that they really were new. Rick told me that maybe I could get tires a bit more cheaply elsewhere and what to check for. He advised me that dealership was competitive and was willing to show the dates on the tires. I went with Toyota. I have a 2002 Camry LE and it is going strong. The work is trustworthy, the waiting room inviting--with recliners, no less--and the cost reasonable. A closer dealership told me that I had to pay $100 just to tell me what was wrong as they charged on an hourly rate, not a half-hourly rate as Hyannis Toyota. Here's to you RICK and KAREN for your patient explanations and help in making educated decisions. MB More

I've bought three cars from Hyannis Toyota and had them all serviced there. The first went to 205,000 miles, the second to 204,000, and I'm working on the third (currently at 174,000 with zero maintenance all serviced there. The first went to 205,000 miles, the second to 204,000, and I'm working on the third (currently at 174,000 with zero maintenance problems). My service experience at Hyannis Toyota is always excellent: The people are friendly, the waiting room is nicer than my living room, and they take excellent care of my car. I don't feel pressured to do anything, but they keep me informed in a timely way of things that need to be done to keep it in good working condition. In turn, that means even when I'm driving my high-mileage cars, I never worry about hearing a weird sound, not being able to get it started, etc., because my dealership takes care of it so well. More
i needed four tires for my RAV 4. i knew this was going to be expensive so i started researching the best price for instillation and tires on line. it just so happened i received a coupon in the mail from to be expensive so i started researching the best price for instillation and tires on line. it just so happened i received a coupon in the mail from toyota about matching all competitors written quotes for tires. i went to three other businesses and got estimates. when i went to toyota meaghan explained they will match the internet printed quote i gave her for the tires i chose. price for the alignments was not cheaper but when meaghan explained her companies equipment and process i felt more comfortable. it took one day for the tires to come in, and a couple of hours to install. hyannis toyota took care of the two recalls i have had forever. the mechanic noticed my water pump had a very slight drip but wanted to replace it seeing i only had 30 more miles until the warranty was up. i made an appointment a few days later and the pump was replaced under warranty. my overall experience was exceptional. the hyannis toyota team made sure my car was checked completely. i went in for four tires, got state of the art technology for my alignment, saved $200.00 on the tires, checked completely for recalls, and a new water pump replaced under warranty. the water pump was replaced because it appeared to be dripping and they did not want to take any chances. i dont know how much that would have cost me but if i had to guess part and labor $300.00. not only did i save about $500.00, but i feel that hyannis toyota appreciates me as a customer, and is looking out for me. knowing my car is safe puts a blanket on my nerves for sure. i recommend hyannis toyota for all the above reasons and would like to add every person i dealt with treated me with the most respect and kindness. i also love how hyannis has a very large waiting area with recliners, and a wide screen tv. they also have a number of computers we can use while waiting. not only that but the kitchen is filled with many free snacks, coffee, etc. i appreciate all hyannis toyota's team of workers who made my experience a pleasure. patricia robinson south yarmouth ma More
Left on the rear seat were the oil and filter my husband intended to use before the Corolla went in for service. When Rick took us for a diagnostic road test I mentioned that recovering from chemotherapy intended to use before the Corolla went in for service. When Rick took us for a diagnostic road test I mentioned that recovering from chemotherapy has left my husband with well meaning intentions but that some days he simply doesn't feel well enough to do much. Hence, the undone oil change. I asked Rick to simply disregard the oil and filter and concentrate only on the matter at hand. To my astonishment, later that day when I picked up the car Karen mentioned that the technician had changed the oil adding that he felt that "It was no big deal as the car was already up on the lift for service." NO BIG DEAL? NOT SO! THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! Thank You. More

I do a lot fo driving and need to be able to depend on my vehicles. After going to many delerships I moved to Hyannis Toyota because of the customer that is second to none provided by Judy Johnson and her staff. Judy makes me feel like a member of the Toyota family and not just another number coming through the door. Her no nonsense approach to explaining what I need and what she and her staff recommnend keeps me rolling along without worry. I see this we all of the customers who are handled by the staff at Hyannis Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership for top notch auto care. More
