He did not press the issue when he couldn't find it in the Toyota system so the order went to the factory. It seemed like it was custom made just for me. The price did not go up because of this circumstance. Overall I am very satisfied with Marc and the dealership. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. More

Drove nearly 500 miles to buy from them! I searched the internet for the perfect used car. I found it at Hyannis Toyota, a dealership nearly 500 miles from my home. My entire negotiation oc I searched the internet for the perfect used car. I found it at Hyannis Toyota, a dealership nearly 500 miles from my home. My entire negotiation occurred over the phone with the sales rep, Chet Hughes. I had to completely rely on him to honestly and accurately represent the vehicle. "How's it run?" "How's it look underneath" and "How's it smell?" Chet was able to negotiate the deal including my trade in, over the phone. Upon arrival, Chet showed me the prospective car, making sure I took the time to completely look it over and drive it. The car was immaculate. The previous owner and/or Hyannis Toyota cleaned it up and it looked (and smelled) brand new. Chet had taken the time to review the owners manual, highlighting important pages, and showed me some of the unique features. I am always weary of car dealerships and even more weary of purchasing a used car from one. I must say, these guys have not let me down. I took a pretty big chance driving all day for a perspective car purchase. Never did they waiver from their commitment to keep me satisfied. As Chet informed me, they take their reputation seriously -- they work hard to earn their customer's respect. I wouldn't have expected a sales person to say anything less. But, I must honestly say, he was right. They have impressed me with their level of professionalism...but more importantly, their honesty and integrity in the entire sales process. There was no renegotiation upon arrival...our telephone deal was as good as a handshake. They continue to take the time to make sure I am satisfied, answering of my various questions. I wouldn't necessarily recommend purchasing a car 500 miles from home. But, if I was to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate if the car was being sold by them. More

Excellent, Friendly, and Personable! I have to take this time to share about my experience with Hyannis Toyota. On October 28, 2014 while driving off the lot in my brand new 2015 Corolla I have to take this time to share about my experience with Hyannis Toyota. On October 28, 2014 while driving off the lot in my brand new 2015 Corolla S, that Alex Salcedo had so graciously helped my purchase (my very first car), my car was totaled and I was absolutely devastated, and in complete shock. With the help of both Rachel, from service, and Alex, from sales, I started to calm down and realized just how bad of an accident I was involved in, and how grateful I should have been for simply walking away with minor bumps and bruises. The very next day, Alex went out of his way to speak with his managers about a rental car through the Toyota Rental Department. This is when I met Dan, from the rental department. He was so courteous and efficient in placing me into a 2014 Corolla the very next day, and let me know that he would help and follow me through every step of the way with insurance and any other questions I had regarding this process. I felt like one of their own through all of this! Finally, just yesterday (Nov. 19), I went to the dealership to purchase my car (again). Alex had already ordered the same exact vehicle that was awaiting my arrival to sign off on paperwork. All of the legwork was basically done and all they needed were a couple of signatures and done! Within a few hours, the car was all mine again. I was thoroughly impressed with the efficiency of all of the staff in helping me through this. I am forever grateful for all that you have done for me! I can't forget to also thank Brian Scarpellini, the General Manager for his help through all of this and all of the other friendly faces that now know me, but we're there to ask me how I was doing and greet me every time I step in the door.
