I have had my car serviced on a regular basis at Hyannis Toyota since I bought it there in 2005. I can't say enough good things about the Service Department, which is 100% customer-oriented. Someone is always there to assist me within moments of my arrival, the service is clearly explained, as well as the estimated cost. If I choose to wait, the waiting area is an ideal spot to sit and read, watch tv or work on the internet. Someone comes and notifies me if there is an unexpected glitch and just as soon as my service is completed. In the case where service will take several hours or more, the service department has worked with me to provide a rental car. Hyannis Toyota's service department has been more than fair with me and I will buy my next car from this dealership because service after the sale is as important to me as buying a car I can trust. Thanks and kudos to the Hyannis Toyota service department, which gets my 5 star rating. More
We purchased our used 2005 Toyota 4 Runner from Hyannis Toyota. We were impressed with the dealership immediately after working with Paul Whitman, the used car Manager and that is why we purchased my husba Toyota. We both drive all the way to Hyannis from Falmouth to have our vehicles serviced there. Why would we drive all that way when there are several closer options? Trust! We trust that our cars will be serviced with the upmost integrity and at a fair price. The service manager, Bryan Scarpellini, leads his staff by example and makes sure his customers are completely statisfied. I am! I highly recommend this dealership. More
I said a lot about the employee's in the employee name section. It speaks a lot of the customer service I received. Truly, they were awesome. I have a beautiful Avalon but it is older and as a female, I never quite know what it needs. It is a good feeling to know now what it does need and have them worked on as I am able to do so. In April, 2011, I purchased a Toyota Camry from Hyannis Toyota. When driving the vehicle, I noticed when going over 40 MPH I could hear a "tick" noise coming from the left front area. I met with Judy Joh Toyota. When driving the vehicle, I noticed when going over 40 MPH I could hear a "tick" noise coming from the left front area. I met with Judy Johnson Ulscht, Customer Relations Mgr., at Hyannis Toyota, and explained the problem to her. She immediately made an appointment with David Marcotte, an experienced service employee, to road test my vehicle the next morning. The next morning, David came to me home to test drive the car and when doing so, he immediately knew what the cause was. After discusssing the problem with Judy and Bryan Scarpelli, Service and Parts Director, Bryan agreed to have necessary repairs made at no cost to me for materials or labor. I was very pleased to hear this coming from a large Toyota dealership. Iam proud to rate HYANNIS TOYOTA as an A++ Toyota dealer anywhere. Thank you. More

The service desk listens to your problem and never has more work been done than is needed.When serviced and some other work is needed the service desk or tech will talk to you about what they recommend. It is a fine dealership and I have never had better service. More
My wife and I have recently taken her Lexus SC 430 and my Lexus LS 460 to Hyannis Toyota for some service, as there is no Lexus dealer on Cape Cod. We were both completely surprised and pleased by the friend Lexus LS 460 to Hyannis Toyota for some service, as there is no Lexus dealer on Cape Cod. We were both completely surprised and pleased by the friendly and prompt attention we received and how quickly the service issues were addressed. Before they proceeded with some minor service they came out to the waiting room and explained what they were recommending to get our approval before proceeding. They also performed some service at no charge, this is unheard of with most dealers, and then provided a free car wash upon service completion. The only other dealers in our experience that equalled their customer friendly service were some Lexus dealers in California and Texas. More
I give Hyannis Toyota a high rating because I currently have two Toyota's that I have serviced there, both were purchased there as well. I find the staff friendly and helpful and the work completed correctly the first time. I get my vehicles back washed and ready to go. The facility is new and the waiting room is large and comfortable. You can relax in a leather recliner and watch tv or work on the computer. They also have a shuttle to take you home or work if need be. I highly recommend Hyannis Toyota. More
My car was able to get in and out of service in no time at all, the desk was very friendly and helpful as well as very knowledgeable of what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. Ever since I bought my new Camry in 2003, I was affected by the sales peoples' great attitudes. There was no pressure on "Satch's" part and he went out of his way to find me a blue Camry-as there were none by the sales peoples' great attitudes. Since then when I want to have the oil changed-it is always,"when is it convenient for you?". The customer always comes first. Recently, when I took it in for the annual inspection, I asked if the mechanic would check my fluid levels as I was going on a trip. I was told they would do a 27 point inspection and found they had replaced some fluids and NEVER charged me! The waiting room is comfortable with its reclining chairs and all the other amenities- coffee,snacks,TV, internet, etc. Hyannis Toyota is the only place that will ever service my car-I wouldn't consider any other! More
