We have been buying new since 1967 and our experience at Hyannis Toyota was absolutely the best. We used the AAA buying service of which Hyannis Toyota is a certified dealer (True Car) and they honored the prices quoted with no razzle dazzle we experienced at 3 other dealerships. Because we we were looking for a specific color and options on a 2012 Camry SE, the dealership when above and beyond to find the car and have it ready for delivery as promised. The car was prepped and ready to go with zero issues. Rick Arseneaux in Service was our rep for getting the car inspected and wrote up the service order, took the car in and go us back on the road quickly and smoothly. After 45 of car experiences with pressure sales people and sales managers low balling and bait and switch practices, Hyannis Toyota is clearly a 5 out 5 in presales, sales, and service.
