We decided that the most important features of any vehicle we considered were gas mileage, interior space and comfort. We wanted a vehicle that delivered over 40 mpg. There are not many in that category, so we did not have a large field of choices. We tried them all. When it came right down to it, the Prius V (II) had everything we wanted and, then, some. We have had our Prius V for about 3 weeks, and it has delivered on everyone of our requirements. We filled the gas tank for the first time this week, and to our pleasant surprise we were averaging 48.7 miles per gallon. Yippie! There is plenty of room in the Prius V for cargo and passengers. The Prius V sits 4 to 5 adults comfortably with plenty of room for cargo behind the rear passenger seats. The front seats are just perfect for my wife and me. We did not want bucket seats. The Prius V has chair like seats in the front, which make for a very comfortable and relaxing ride. One thing that surprised us was the drive-ability of the Prius V. It is not a high-performance vehicle nor a sports car. However, it has plenty of pick-up and handles the roads wonderfully. You won't be disappointed. We were also very pleased with the buying experience. Our salesperson, Tim Fenney, was very polite and courteous. Tim took the time to explain the vehicle fully to us, and he made sure that all was in place for us at the time that we took delivery of the vehicle. He was very helpful throughout the entire sales process. Our only criticism of the vehicle is the voice recognition software that is included with the navigation system. From our limited experience it does not work as well as it should. Maybe Toyota will release software updates to help improve the experience of setting a destination. More

I always found them too pushy and only caring about the sale. Until I came to Hyannis Toyota, everyone was professional and fun to deal with. A friend had just leased her second car from them and knew I was in the market for a new car, so she suggested I go with her to see her salesman Tim Fenney. Best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. Tim was professional yet a lot of fun and it made the whole process great. I feel Tim got me the best deal possible. I never felt pressured to close the deal and could have walked away at anytime. We arrived at the dealership at 4pm and left at 8pm. After finally deciding on the car and color I wanted. We went back in showroom and the lights were being shut off. I asked what time does dealership close. Tim smiled and said an hour and a half ago. But the people that needed to stay and finish the deal did and never made me feel it was an inconvenience. I leased my new Camry and am over the moon happy with it. He went above and beyond and installed my roof rack himself because the service department was backed up and my wait would have taken forever. We had a good laugh together as he and I were sitting in my new car and he was explaining some of the gadgets. A seagull flew over and christened my windshield. Hi Ho off to the car wash we go..... We Know What We Want We have had a dozen Toyotas since 1984. We have met many sales reps and Tim Fenney ranks among the best. His patience and composure is noteworthy. We have had a dozen Toyotas since 1984. We have met many sales reps and Tim Fenney ranks among the best. His patience and composure is noteworthy. We put him through his paces and he went with the flow explaining every detail and then some. He didn't rush and he didn't act as if there were other things pressing him. This is why we closed our deal in one day. Tim knows his cars and product inside out which makes him a valuable resource to represent Toyota. Not only are the cars good, but it's the people from the assembly line down to the sales floor who make it all work. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! More

This experience with Tim Fenney was the best we could have hoped for. We were acknowledged the moment we walked through the door. We were test driving the car we wanted within five minutes. No pressure from Tim at all. He just answered our questions and gave us all the facts. He was pleasant, extremely knowlegeble, and never, ever talked down to us. We felt we were treated fairly, got a great value for our trade in. We would recommed Tim Fenney to anyone who wants to enjoy their car buying experience. Great job...Thank you Tim. More

He did not force a test drive when we refused it. There was no haggling for the price. There was a very professional bartering process and the dealer was more than fair. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Mr riley was a great salesman and should be highly commended . in addition Lori Gutierrez as the business manager was organized, paying attention to detail and did a great job in explaining warranty coverages. She was the final piece in the car buying process. Tim, not only had a thorough knowledge of the Prius product line, he also exemplified professionalism, from the first introduction of the various features and options to the delivery of my new 2014 Prius. But Tim’s dedication to his customers didn’t stop there. When I brought my car in to the Service Department to have various accessories installed I was rather dismayed when the floor mats, cargo mat and cargo net were just dumped in the back of the car. —I’m afraid Tim lulled me into a sense that his professionalism was carried out though out the dealership.— Tim immediately took charge of the situation and did the installation himself even though he was very pressed for time that particular day. As it turned out it, unfortunately, it wasn’t the only disappointment with the Service Department. After returning home I noticed that rear bumper appliqué had been installed by someone with dirty fingers and their thump prints are underneath the appliqué. Since meeting with the Customer Service Manager, Judy and the Service Manager Mat O’Connell they have agreed to rectify the problem. The jury is still out on the outcome. I don’t think that I could express enough accolades for Tim Fenney’s professionalism and dedication to ensure that my experience with Hyannis Toyota is a positive one.
