Patience and Kindness for Elderly Customer Bryan Bell, Service Advisor, showed tremendous kindness and patience. I was tired from putting in extra hours at work the day before and had to get t Bryan Bell, Service Advisor, showed tremendous kindness and patience. I was tired from putting in extra hours at work the day before and had to get to work early to prepare for a staff meeting. Bryan easily set up the work scope for my car and organized the ride to my office. At the end of my work day when I picked up my car he took the time to explain everything clearly to me. He even took a few moments to assist me to get my work bags into my car. No time wasted ... just enough extra kindness. Please let him know how much he was appreciated! More

Excellent Experience I actually bought an Audi from Nina. Nina was so helpful and pleasant - a true pleasure to purchase this car from her. The service department put on an all weather package for me. Although they are admittedly not experts in Audi, they went out of their way to provide quality workmanship and service. Each department doesn't fully understand the other's role. Example. Leon was sure we would close out the financing by using Toyota financing that day and then refinancing when my bank draft arrived. He was busy preparing the new car so we could take it home and doing intake on our trade-in. Chuck Goodwin, business manager, said no. We had to wait until Monday for the bank draft to arrive, which is what we had expected going into this. Chuck by the way was great! Very upfront and explained every detail. A real joy to work with. On the other hand we had an issue with Danny whom we first worked with. He was in a hurry to close the deal and very distracted on his cell phone. When we said we were not ready to buy that day, he took it as "wasting his time" and walked away. More

After taking a model for a test drive I decided to buy the model I tried. I asked the salesperson if my quoted price was still good. He agreed it was and we started working on the paperwork. My wife kept asking for exact numbers and suddenly the salesperson insisted that the rails on the roof were an extra item that was $195. We had never heard of paying extra for this feature and it was never mentioned in our price quote. The salesperson insisted that he had other rav 4s without them and asked if we wanted one of them. I honestly almost left after this but my wife didn't want to start shopping all over elsewhere. It was also the last day of their sale so we were over a barrel so to speak. After looking at the new 2018 models on the toyota website the model is always pictured with the rails as part of the standard equipment. We also looked at our bill of sale which is itemized. No where. On this document does it list an extra payment for this item. Obviously it was just added to the price by the salesperson. Nice job! I also figured it wouldn't take that long for the total visit since we didn't have a trade in and paid the whole bill with a check. No financing involved! Still was there 3 and a half hours! Next time I buy a new vehicle it won't be here and I'll ask to have all the paperwork ready to sign, on another day so I wouldn't have to sit around waiting for inspections and signatures from office people. Gerry did try to be a pleasant person and I still love Toyotas. Just not doing this again here. Too bad for them, my wife is due for a new vehicle in a couple of years. Just won't be doing it here.
