We had a horrible experience. Due to our duel purpose visit we had all of the paperwork for our vehicle which was important since the department that originally convinced my husband to sign up for the Platinum Warranty was not recorded in your computer system. (Make sure if you are a customer reading this you BRING ALL YOUR PAPER WORK!) We probably should not have been surprised because my husband has had to correct computer errors over and over again. First is was his e-mail address (a different e-mail every visit that we made was in the computer system) then it was our address that was wrong and then this. After the service department straightened out all the computer issues (taking the correct address again) we went into the sales department where we had made an appointment. Not only was no appointment recorded, but our address was wrong in the computer on the other side of the building! How is that possible? We had to tell them the correct address AGAIN! Then we were placed with a sales rep. that acted as though it was his first day on the job. Not only were their NO numbers or figures for us to look at with our lease, (like we had been promised on the phone), but there were also NO options presented. In an economical time like this, we thought Ira Toyota would want our business. They were unhelp, uninformative and aparently unaware of our frustration. To top off the night we had to take a rental car home because our car was not going to be ready. It was an awful and unorganized experience! I would strongly suggest if you not go to Ira Toyota in Manchester, don't! If you need to go to a Toyota dealership go to Epping. Though our service department agent was friendly and helpful and very apologetic as far as we were concerned it was too little, too late. If you have to go to Ira, good luck and remember your paperwork. -J Cogan More

Mike, Brian and Josh were throughly professional and answered all our questions. Because of other comitments, we were unable to pick up our car for 4 days. they were excellent at arranging times so we c answered all our questions. Because of other comitments, we were unable to pick up our car for 4 days. they were excellent at arranging times so we could take the car to our mechanic. We only found one thing wrong. That was a mud flap that was not properly attached to the car. On delivery ther were only 2 omissions. there were no front floor mats in the car and there were no license plate bolts on the front bumper. Both are very minor issues. The price of the car was slightly more than I had hoped to pay, but it was in line with current book pricing on this vehicle.All in all, it was an excellent purchase experience. More

We were not planning on buying the RAV4 that day but the deal we were offered was so fair and competitive, that we couldn’t walk away from it. Our salesman Mike Tucker was extremely knowledgeable about the RAV4 and was very patient in finding the specific car that we wanted. We highly recommend Toyota of Manchester. They were the only dealer that did not play games and made buying a new car an enjoyable, hassle free experience. More

I will be returning to the dealer ship next time we need a new car. I only had one issue and that was that the car I purchased could have been detailed better. When I removed the cup holders in the front there was trash and sticky stuff in part of the console. Also the upholstrery could have also been cleaned properly. I realize the dealeship was not in possesion of the car for very long but it should have been delivered clean. Even if that ment waiting a few more hours for the car or something. I love my new to me car. I'ts just to bad I had to have it cleaned my self. More

I had the most memorable experience of buying a new car. I had never done this before and when I entered Bill Kinney came to me and introduced himself. He was very polite and when I told him what I was looking for he immediately showed me the Camry's. He was so knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He even went out of his way to get a car for me at a lot so I could drive it. I bought the car. When I went to pick it up on Sunday his day off he was there to greet me. He introduced me to Derek Lively who was also professional and knowledgeable. They certainly know their cars. Derek also explained to me about the car. He took me to finance to meet Mat Cote who was also very nice and pleasant. He explained all the finances to me as he made it so easy. Between the 3 of them I have never had such good service. I have already told my friends to see them when they want to get their new cars. What a team they are. Thank you Bill, Derek and Mat. Ira should be so proud of them. Keep up the good work. Marci More
