You were very happy with the vehicle the day you purchased and the day you brought it home. The vehicle does have over 78,000 miles on it so it will not be perfect. Please read the review before you reply next time. You addressed nothing and took responsibility for nothing (as I expected). I DID say you EVENTUALLY fixed what I asked to be repaired before I picked it up. You are making excuses for your dealership to skip the inspection process by saying it has over 78k miles??? I never said I was unhappy with the car when I picked it up. I was happy because I expected to be picking up a TVUV Certified car! Which, unfortunately, I found out after the purchase that it was not as I expected. These are items directly from the "Toyota Certified Used Vehicles 160-Point Quality Assurance Inspection Check Sheet" that your mechanic is supposed to inspect, fill out, and retain on file: "10 ABS operates properly (via Techstream Health Check) - FAILED "47 Brake pad/shoe linings have a minimum thickness of 50% remaining" FAILED "48 Brake rotors/drums within specifications with no abnormal grooving or discoloration" - FAILED "81 Side Marker Lights operate properly" - FAILED "83 License plate lights operate properly" - FAILED "95 Dome/courtesy lights operate with door cycles" - FAILED "112 Seat adjustments and seat heater(s) operate properly" - FAILED Under "Additional Items (where applicable)" "3 Seat heaters operate properly" - FAILED I wonder what Toyota would think about it's dealers saying their cars qualify, but having all these things that failed and never got fixed, which ultimately made it FAIL state inspection.
