Early service appt. I was close to my service time and was able to get a same day appt. for my Venza 50,000 mile service. Being a Saturday morning, the service department was much busier than I anticipated. I was very impressed with his superior customer service as I was a very anxious about time and he managed to make me feel completely at ease with his reassurances that he would make effort to keep the wait time to a minimum and that quality work would be provided to my vehicle. His calm demeanor in such a hectic setting totally diffused my anxiety. George should be commended for his superior customer service skills. More
