I had Mark Harrison do my oil change and inspection and he did it at a reasonable time while I waited for my car. I always ask for Mark to work on my car because he is such a knowledgable and easy to understand when regarding my car. I have never been dissatisfied with his work or his suggestions when it came to anything that he recommended for my car. Thank you Mark! While waiting for my car I took a look at your 2018 vehicles in the showroom. I am looking to getting a new vehicle in the next year. I was approached by your sales consultant Sean McGinnin and was very pleased with his approach and his explanation on possibly leasing a car.I did take a test ride in the new Toyota Camry and was pleased with this car. Unfortunately leasing at this time did not meet my finances right now but hope in the near future I will be returning to get a car here at Ira. When that time comes I will be asking for Sean McGinnin with my purchase. He is a definite asset to your company. Thank You Ira and thanks for all of your wonderful service!! More

The technician pointed out a possible problem - low level oil which my loc George Maxcy, Service Advisor, was very helpful in answering my questions. The technician pointed out a possible problem - low level oil which my local garage never mentioned. I had had a recent oil change just a little over one month ago. My 2008 RAV4 might have excessive oil consumption. George also explained the difference of synthetic oil and regular oil. I plan to return in a few weeks to check the oil level. I had other questions, and all were answered to my satisfaction. I did not feel rushed. Suggestions were made to make my vehicle run better and last longer. More
