Bryan was my service advisor. It was a busy day, and I waited 3.5 hours for my 20,000 mile maintenance check. I’d texted twice and called his number asking for an ETA, with no response. I was aggravated, but I understood that it was an extra busy day. He did take 10% off on a couple of items off the bill, and the bill ended up being half of what was expected. Hopefully my issues with the tires are no more. I’ve had better experiences with Ira before. More
Service area staff berated me in front of other customers about a service not included with service package. I had no issue with learning it was not covered but the manger had to retell how I was wrong and about a service not included with service package. My issue was not transparency it was how the topic had to be broadcast in front of a lot of customers with the end result telling me they were right and I was wrong. The funny part was it was my second conversation on the topic and I really did not care. Now I really care how it made me look like I was an idiot and they had to broadcast it to customers about how they were right and I was wrong. I was warned not to shop at IRA for deceptive practices. I feel like they listen to your concerns and don't do too much to pressure you into additional services.
