I cannot say enough positive things about the service experience and ease of doing business with everyone at Irwin Hyundai. I arrived at Irwin Hyundai today with my son Ben to purchase a used vehicle for him. I was looking for something safe, reliable, cost-effective, and dependable that he could use throughout his college years. I was thrilled when I saw that Adham Darwish was working today (Memorial Day) because Adham handled my lease and I trusted that we would be well taken care of. Adham was patient and took the time to show us several used vehicles that were in our price range and answered all of our questions in a thorough and honest manner. He is friendly, easy to talk with and makes you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Buying a car, especially a used car, can be an intimidating process but I felt completely comfortable knowing that I was in good hands at Irwin and with Adham as our Sales representative. We got an excellent and fair price on the vehicle and never had to enter into uncomfortable negotiations. The ease of doing business with Irwin cannot be overstated!!! The vehicle was clean, serviced, and ready for us to take off the lot in a very reasonable amount of time. Again, I cannot say enough about the exceptional service experience with Adham and the team at Irwin Hyundai - Truly heads and shoulders above other car dealerships!!!! How do i know I'm getting a deal? A friend of mine just recently traded in her car to Irwin and was able to drive out that day in a new car with a very good price so i thought why not. Once i got there Frank could tell i had no idea what i was doing and he helped me step by step (with alot of patience mind u too lol) to make sure i was able to get the right car for me. Never at any point did i feel i was stuck into something i didnt want or could afford. I am very happy with the service they gave me and the price they gave me for my older vehicle.
