I actually bought a car, net of trade, without visiting the dealership. I never thought that would happen. After having gone to Irwin for service for another vehicle for a couple of years and being very the dealership. I never thought that would happen. After having gone to Irwin for service for another vehicle for a couple of years and being very happy, I tried them for a new car purchase in Dec 2021. I was very happy with Alexa in Sales and Sel with delivery, paperwork and review of functions and features. Alexa worked with me on incoming inventory so I got a car as soon as it arrived on the lot. There was no pressure. It was easy to get real numbers. More

I have to say, one of the most hated things to do for me is going car shopping! But, I have to say Adam Goldin made it a pleasurable experience. He did not push let me take my time.
