We told him we were "just looking" and he still took the time to spend a half hour getting to know us and our preferences. We came back a week later, no appointment and he immediately greeted us by name. We were ready to pull the trigger and did so on a nice lease. No pain, no fuss. He said he could return my existing Chrysler for me and save a lot of inconvenience doing that. Just picked up the car last night and he patiently went through all the bells and whistles. He apologized for the weather (raining!) but all was done under cover and in a orderly fashion. Very friendly, yet very business-like... not his first rodeo! I look forward to enjoying my new car and visiting the dealership in the future (did I mention free car washes during the entire lease?)! More
