Sean assured me he’d take care of last payment and dispo on my trade in. 3 months later I found out payment was never made. Went back to dealership, they weren’t very understanding and never even said sorry. Gave me a receipt of payoff and I left. 2 months later I got an invoice from Jeep for the same amount. The paperwork was fake and they never made payment. I’m now 135 days late on the payment and have to make it myself. My credit has greatly suffered and they don’t seem to care. Steer clear of these guys, they’re crooks. More

UConnect scam My 2015 wrangler was having trouble so I callled the warranty department, the warranty department informed me that I had a free UConnect update and al My 2015 wrangler was having trouble so I callled the warranty department, the warranty department informed me that I had a free UConnect update and also 2 open recalls on the vehicle that would be taken care of free if charge at any dealership, I then brought my Jeep to be serviced and spoke to Aron Brown , he explained to me he would complete the repairs only after a 260 dollar electric system check . I feel this is a scam, the warranty department told me the repairs would be for free, they then refused to update my radio, Chrysler should stand by their products and warranty thank you More
