And the worst vehicles were pushed on me absolute garbage !! I don't wanna name names here 2 gentlemen I dealt with were great!! Then I had the guy come to me pushing garbage on me !! I had other companies willing to work with me but I really wanted a Durango !! Well Now I will Never ever shop there again and will Never deal with Dodge,Chrysler, Jeep Ever !! More

Waiting 3 weeks for service I purchased a car from Island Jeep in January pre owned with 28K miles on the vehicle. I have driven the car less than 14000 miles since purchase and I purchased a car from Island Jeep in January pre owned with 28K miles on the vehicle. I have driven the car less than 14000 miles since purchase and I have already had to replace the brakes and rotors on this car (front and back) and 4 tires. When I went in for an oil change, I was advised by the mechanic that the axle boot, and linkages on my passenger side were cracked. When I went in to schedule an appointment for warranty repair, I was advised that I would have to wait a week as they were booked. No problem, I go back on my scheduled appointment day (7/26) only to be turned away by an employee stating that there were too many cars and there was no room. I called customer service and dealt with Erika. Erika has been absolutely awful at returning my calls and only upon threat of legal action do I get a return call. During this time, I spoke to the service manager (Robert) on 7/27 and was advised that not only would they take my car on 8/2 (tomorrow), but since I have full coverage from my warranty, that I would have a loaner vehicle upon arrival. I let Erika know this and was advised that I would have everything confirmed in writing by Wednesday and no issues. Guess what?? There's an issue. Now I am being told that there is no loaner car for me available, but I can spend nearly 500 dollars on a rent a car and get reimbursed 35 dollars a day within 60 days of Jeep receiving the receipt of rental. When I called customer care and asked for Erika, shockingly I was misdirected and never was able to speak to her. When I called Island Jeep to speak to the service manager, shockingly again, nobody was available to answer my call. I called 4 different times today and 4 different times, nobody has been able to answer a phone?? I am absolutely disgusted at how little care is given once the car leaves the lot. Allegedly my car passed a many point inspection. Either the inspector is legally blind or my car truly was not inspected. Will be filing a BBB complaint, as well as reaching out to an attorney and my state assemblyman because basically I was knowingly sold a lemon. Buyer beware with dealing with Island Jeep service. More

Doug didn’t take any short cuts, he made me feel comfortable, walked me through the process step by step, and was really such a pleasure to work with. Honestly, the entire team was amazing, everyone from the managers to the finance guys. The Cherokee is fantastic, Doug spent a lot of time with me to ensure I knew how to operate all of the high tech features. Really, the entire staff was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and to make sure I was comfortable. I can’t wait until my mom’s lease is up so I can send her to Doug! More
