If i could give no stars...I would! I am not sure where to even being our nightmare story. We went to the dealership to look at two trucks that per online stock - they said they had. We showed the sales person the print outs and he said they were both at the lot offsite and it would take a day to get to us. He advised that one was a "demo" which had some miles on it and the other was brand new. We said we wanted to see the one that was new. Next day we get a call that they have the truck we requested but it too was a demo with 2700 miles on it. Mind you that the day before we worked up values of my trade-in, and monthly price for financing - OF A NEW CAR. Although I was less than pleased this truck had so much miles - we went to look at the truck. It had front end damage, ripped leather, no owners manual and a list of other issues. We were assured that everything would be fixed before we took ownership of the truck. Against my better judgment, my husband proceeded with the paperwork. When the came back with the "final" figures - it was MUCH higher than we agreed on (again knowing that price was for a new truck and this was NOT new - despite their definition that "used" only applies when someone registers the vehicle....since this was a "DEMO" that the owners wife ran into the ground it wasn't registered to anyone other than the dealership so still "NEW". As my husband and I are in the finance industry we looked at the numbers and realized they were giving us less for the trade-in, and charging me more for the truck than previously agreed. The told us the figures we were quoting were impossible - good thing we had them in writing! (PS the sales person was later fired) We walked out and said NO DEAL. Of course they came chasing after us and honored the original deal - increasing the trade-in value. My husband finished the paper work and a list of repairs to be done before we took ownership was assembled. From here on out is where it got worse.....After the salesman was fired we were transferred to another man - who said all the right things - but followed thru with NONE. Two weeks into that I still didn't have a car - I spoke to a manager and things started to get moving - but it was one issue after another - PS of it is that we took possession of the truck 4 weeks later....driving home - lights were flashing all over that and we had to take it back....another 2 weeks later we got it back AGAIN - only to have lights flashing that the front sensor wasn't connected. At this point, 6 weeks after signing papers - my husband realized the wonderful service department didn't plug the sensor back - and did it himself. We left there on the goodwill that they would be giving us 3 years of free oil changes, hemi emblems and ordering us a new owners manual. Its been 6 months - the sales manager lefts and NONE of the goodwill gestures have been honored! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY More
