Alex M. opened the door for me as I walked into the building and took care of me from start to finish. I have a fair credit rating and only have disability as income. Alex took me to see the car and it was nice. Had premium options. After seeing the car and doing the paperwork, the moment of truth arrived... I'M APPROVED and without a cosigner!! I walked in with low expectations and I'm walking out with a nice car! I very much appreciate all involved in the process, especially Alex for fighting to get me into a car and being open throughout the process. I'd definitely recommend him and this dealership! Bait and switch Not once but twice this dealership had me come in Reassuring me they had a used 2014 jeep for $24,000. In fact they stated they had 3 IN STOCK! I get there only to be told "They can't find it" And to try and talk me into leasing a $31,000 jeep instead. How is this Leagal.?!?? More

purchase used car I traveled over an hour to go to this dealer because they had a car I wanted which i found on the internet. Sounds crazy but was %100 worth it not only did I purchase a car that same day but I got a great deal for a Grand Cherokee which was in great shape, and because of there wonderful service I got to take it home that same day. But what really made it worth it was my sales man Alex Mazurovskiy who was so informative, super friendly and above the top. Not only did he find me a great car he helped me with insurance, and made us feel right at home like family. It was a long day but because of him and the sales manager who I think his name was Aron made us comfortable even offered us food coffee water and then some, and kept my son happy. So at the end of the day I would say sooooo! worth it I would drive 2 hours just to deal with them again. More

Great customer service I recently had to bring my car in for a oil change. The service guy Chris was so accommodating. My son wanted and did buy a new Jeep for the first time.i went along so he didn’t get a bad deal. As we walk in we were greeted by a lovely young lady Miriam. She ask how she may help my son. My son told her what he wanted and she show him a few Jeep that match what he wantedWe then sat down to talk about price and financial. I sat there waiting for there first sale pitch to come( it never came) .i was so impressed with how Miriam and mike her manager help my son out. They answer ever question and never try to up sale him. Mike was on the phone searching for great financial for him ( got him a super low rate) Miriam search for great insurance and a great rate. I never seen so much attention to one customer. This lovely lady and woundful manger mike took care of my son as if he was there family. You don’t find that service anymore. I was so impressed I told them I like to trade in my truck for a new one and once again they swung into action even though it was getting late. There was no pressure to buy very easy going. Took there time explaining every detail. I don’t know how to say thank you to them, only by writing a review. In the world of rush rush rush it’s a breath of fresh air to enjoy the personal touch.
