A pleasurable experience!! My experience during this purchase was a pleasure. It was made simple and easy by Joe Smith, my Sales Rep. I informed Joe of what vehicles I was interested in and what price range I could afford. He came up with a perfect match. The paperwork was painless and required little effort on my part. Picking up my new vehicle and returning my old one was also quick and easy. There were no surprises or glitches. Each step of the process was explained to me in advance and was then carried out accordingly. I already know that when I purchase or lease a new vehicle next year for my wife, I will be dealing with Island Chrysler and Joe Smith. More

Terrible Service Department, Worst Ever This has got to be the Worst Service Department on the planet, I would give it 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment to have my 2015 Jeep Reneg This has got to be the Worst Service Department on the planet, I would give it 0 stars if I could. I made an appointment to have my 2015 Jeep Renegade check because of a check engine light and they didn't have an appointment until a month later. I went in to get my check engine light fixed, they said it was fixed and I shouldn't have a problem with it anymore, they were wrong about that. I picked it up and that same night the check engine light came back and I tried to call them and tell them no answer on their phones again what else is new. Someone finally called me back and said that someone will contact me, no body ever contacted me. So, I called back no answer again of course. Then, all of a sudden the check engine light went away so I was like ok good, but then it came back. So, this check engine light keeps going away and coming back. The check engine is the same problem because I went to Auto Zone just to get their machine to see why the check engine is on and it's the same reason as the original. Every time I call them I never get through, it just keeps ringing and ringing. Then, when you finally do get through they are very nasty on the phone but I still haven't been able to get through. Then, I had a chat with someone online and they said they will let them know right away and someone will call you me right away. That was 3 days ago I'm still waiting for a call back. Now of course the check engine came back on this month and I need my car to get inspected this month and I can't do that with the check engine light on. The thing that stinks is that the sales department is really great, but I will never buy or lease a car again from this dealer because of their terrible service department. More

Incompitent and Unreachable I bought a brand new Wrangler from them two months ago and it has a knocking noise at start up. After they had my jeep 12 days they couldn't diagnose I bought a brand new Wrangler from them two months ago and it has a knocking noise at start up. After they had my jeep 12 days they couldn't diagnose it, When I when to pick up the jeep and spoke with the service manager he heard the problem and said he would call Chrysler to open a ticket. Well, that was weeks ago and I have left five or six messages and no one calls back. I even left a message with Mike Farrell over two weeks ago and still no call back. When you try to reach the service dept they just put you on hold or disconnect you. I have bought a few new vehicles in my life and this dealership is the absolute worst in their customer service let alone incompetent in the ability to repair a brand new Jeep. SO BUYERS BEWARE and go somewhere else More
