BILL KNIGHT is one of the few exemplary individuals left in this business. I was interested in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler so I called and by chance got to speak to Bill. If you believe in divine intervention then this was fate personified. From the beginning Bill was attentive to my financial needs and worked expeditiously to get me the jeep I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. Watching him work is like looking at a seasoned conductor at the head of an orchestra. EVERYTHING went seamlessly from getting me a lower loan rate (better than my bank) to getting me a lower insurance rate. Not only has the dealership itself vastly improved since it was Manfredi Auto 3 years ago, but the staff I worked with were exceptional! Sean Sajecki and John Bonamo were such a pleasure to work with! They treated me with respect, helped me successfully return my 2014 Jeep Patriot (which I leased from Manfredi 3 years prior), and helped me lease the excellent 2017 Jeep Compass I now drive. The entire experience was courteous and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this dealership, car, Jeep, and the individuals I worked with to anyone looking to lease or buy a vehicle. Everything took place in a timely manner and I was amazed at how efficiently the entire dealership was run. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
