From the expired temp plate to the faulty radio I wish I can say all the things everyone else said. Instead they made my last month a NIGHTMARE!!! I bought a brand new Dodge charger as soon as i dro I wish I can say all the things everyone else said. Instead they made my last month a NIGHTMARE!!! I bought a brand new Dodge charger as soon as i drove off the screen shorted! Brang it back the next morning they restarted it and it shorted within 2 minutes I backed right back in to service! They ordered a new radio said they would call me in a few days all to find out it would take them over 2 weeks to get the part!!!!! So i drove a brand new Dodge Charger for two weeks with no bluetooth no radio no speakers no back up camera!!! and all i got was an im sorry ill try to expedite and here is $20 for your toll!!!!! But it was ok for me to drive off their lot with a faulty screen and wait weeks for dodge to get their own part and could not give me a loaner or a rental??? but u sold me a faulty car??????? OK I wanted by gones to be by gones and to just move on from this BUTTTTT Now the temp plate is expired and they are still "having issues" getting my paper work in order??? Never in my life have i heard such a thing! THey talk to me as this is my first lease and its lie after lie im being told!!! I also paid for a plate transfer instead i find out after 30 days its not a plate transfer meanwhile thats what i PAID FOR and now im still in possession of the plate i THOUGHT they were transferring with possibility of having my drivers license suspended for having a plate to an uninsured vehicle since i thought i was going to put it on my new car!!! and still noone has called me back!! Yeah of course theyre nice thats a salesmans job but once the deal is done you better HOPE someones processing your paperwork !! Disgusting!!!!!!! More

Shouldn't of gotten my hopes up.. i came here to lease a car . I left with a beautiful jeep but little did I know the jeep dealership was going to damage and not return my old lease ca i came here to lease a car . I left with a beautiful jeep but little did I know the jeep dealership was going to damage and not return my old lease car to Nissan. The level of incompetence amazes me. Every time I make a follow up call to jeep I'm left with no answers and promised a call back which is never received. I have been getting the run around for over 2 months now and I am extremely fed up. Time after time jeep has been reassuring me that the situation will be rectified to no avail. This has become a nightmare and wouldn't wish this issue on anyone. Left with no answers the problem is still ongoing. More
