Liars, Crooks and Incompetence Where to begin? At my first nightmare there, my second nightmare there or the latest nightmare there? First recall they fixed 2 of the 4 windows they Where to begin? First recall they fixed 2 of the 4 windows they were supposed to fix, second time they fixed one of the two windows they were supposed to fix and then broke my back door handle and shoved all the broken pieces inside the door...and now the latest brought to them with a broken control arm that was yet another recall they fixed in 2013 and they say it's not broken....had two REAL mechanics tell and SHOW ME the broken control arm....they tried to pass it off as a broken sway bar which was NOT broken....they lie RIGHT TO YOUR FACE.....luckily for me this time they did ONE thing right...they put their lies right on their letterhead for me....this will prove to be the ONLY good thing they have done..... TRUST ME WHEN I tell you RUN don't walk away from these crooks....don't buy anything there and take your recalls as far away from this place as you can! I have never seen such incompetent dishonest people in my life More

Very poor customer service I contacted the dealer to look @ a 2010 jeep wrangler , which was listed as a manual transmission. I called prior to my 1.5 hour ride from NJ to confi I contacted the dealer to look @ a 2010 jeep wrangler , which was listed as a manual transmission. I called prior to my 1.5 hour ride from NJ to confirm that is was a manual, as it showed it as an automatic in the photo online. I was assured that it was. When I got there, I was greeted by Mr. Sajecki, who was to be the salesman to assist me. He looked online then left for quite some time at which point another manager came to me and said he was sorry that it was indeed an automatic. I agreed to test drive it anyway, while once again it took quite some time to get the car. After driving it, I decided I was not interested. Mr. Sajecki then said he had a 2013 , which I said I would look at. I waiting for nearly 30 minutes while he was trying to find it and I finally approached him outside and asked what was going on. He said that they had several dealerships and they were trying to find it. I said that I would go to lunch and he could call me when he found it. After 90 minutes he had not called back, at which point I called and was told he would call me right back,Needless to say he never did. I spoke with 2 separate managers to voice my concerns, who basically gave me lip service, and agreed to get back to me. Once again, I never heard back from anyone a week later. This is the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. Stay away!!! After Island Auto group read my review, I received an email with an apology and a desire to talk with me about my concerns. I gave him a phone number to contact me, and surprise, surprise, 2 days later, no call back. My review stays the same. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More

Scam artists !! STAY AWAY !!!!!!! Such a unprofessional dealership ! Purchased a Ram 1500 from them and right from the beginning they have only tried to trick and che STAY AWAY !!!!!!! Such a unprofessional dealership ! Purchased a Ram 1500 from them and right from the beginning they have only tried to trick and cheat me with there unbelievable lies from the sales people to there finance people . They should be named island scam artists not island auto group . And now it has been more than two months they have still not sent my registration and I have been driving around with expired registration and every time I call they keep telling me will call back and never do ! . Please for god sake AVOID this place !!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how they haven't been sued and put out of business already ! More
