I called to go back to have them look at it and they told me I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment "are you kidding me". I called Island auto and the receptionist was pleasant she gave me an appointment within the same week. Not only did he cover all my needs and wants in my new lease by making excellent suggestions, but he made sure to go through the entire lease process from start to finish, even helping by making sure we were 100% clear on all the technology & features the car offered and how to best utilize them. Sean was knowledgeable and thorough with every detail. Sean helped us weigh every option & determine which we actually needed. I was able to return my lease and swap for a new one, fast & simple. I have visited many car dealerships over the years, and I usually have a very painful experience dragged out over hours & hours. This was nothing like those times! My salesman, Joe Smith happens to be the most patient, dedicated (to providing me with the Jeep I desired), honest (which is wildly rare in a car salesman!), professional, funny, hardworking of a salesman that I've ever worked with before. I happened to go to another Jeep dealership in NJ whereupon they outright lied to me and tried to make it seem as if they "Like to be honest with their customers." (Lie. Such a joke!) That NJ experience only made me appreciate Joe even more! My entire family owns/leases Jeeps and I look forward to making Joe the family Jeep salesman because he's the absolute best and I wholeheartedly trust him. Jeep of SI has such a friendly staff in the showroom. Everyone checks up on you to see that you're comfortable, offering water and coffee while you wait. I also appreciated the final step with the finance guy. He, too, was a lovely person. A stand-up guy, that offered options that were practical, not arbitrary, frivolous, nor extravagant. All too often the financing turns into a battle of declining offers from what feels like a pushy salesman. Not here. My experience was so positive I can't believe there aren't more wonderful finance guys out there. To this dealership, I don't know how you choose your staff, but wow, what a group of great people.
