When on the first visit we weren't able to select a car from the current stock, he made an all out effort to bring us the car that would satisfy us. He did just. When we felt that the car was out of our price range, he made great efforts to sharpen the pencil and make it more affordable.Unfortunately, we lefft the showroom without the car but we will return when we a better sale is available to meet our price budget. Left waiting for hours I got to the dealership at 9am on Thursday and I met with Terrence Devlin. Every time I had a question he would say, 'I have to find out.' and he woul I got to the dealership at 9am on Thursday and I met with Terrence Devlin. Every time I had a question he would say, 'I have to find out.' and he would leave for over 20 minutes. He would leave to take phone calls too. I was constantly left waiting. When we finally sat down to discuss what I wanted he said he was going to show me a similar car and again walked away for over 20 minutes finally returning without the keys. He told me that the exact car I wanted was not on the lot but I should come back the next day at noon and they will have the car I want waiting for me. After 3.5 hours I left without seeing the car. I came back Friday at noon and I was told the car would be ready for me to see in an hour. When I finally saw the car, it was not the one I asked for. Conversations continued and again, he kept walking away. Over 4 hours later, I finally left the dealership. If you expect quick service, this is not the place to go. More
