Best car buying experience ever. I'll start this off by saying I hate buying new cars. I hate haggling and and feeling like you're getting ripped off. That being said this was the exact opposite I walked in with my research and the price I wanted for the car and without any haggling they agreed to it and gave me the same money I thought I should get for my trade in everything was exactly as I was told it would be and we were out of there in about 3 hours with a brand new car. Our sales associate was Sean Sajecki who couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable about our buying process and the car. More

Awful, limp, apathetic, useless After 4 shrowroom visits, 2 to the upstairs phone bank room (with Chris Castle), numerous, texts and emails, a few promises from salesmen, nothing ha After 4 shrowroom visits, 2 to the upstairs phone bank room (with Chris Castle), numerous, texts and emails, a few promises from salesmen, nothing has been accomplished. Spoke with a very friendly salseman (along with Catherine from upstairs), on Saturday, discussed the vehicle I wanted and he advised me he would run a locate on Monday and call me with the results. Monday came and went, no call. I called Wednesday, was told he was with a client, asked to leave my name/number and he would call me back. Nothing! I called again on Thursday, same results the moment she picked up the phone. Again I left my name and number. Again no response. I tried again on Friday and got the same brush-off. I sent an email to Trudy: no reply. Called to talk to her, a Michael spoke to me for about 15 minutes, reviewed what I wanted and promised to get back to me shortly, meaning that day. That was about a month ago. What a joke. At this point, I wouldn't trust them to check my tire pressure. Liars and BS artists. Joe Manfredi wouldn't tollerate this crap for 2 seconds. As far as I'm concerned, they are as useless as a limp *+*$! More
Need A New Vehicle? Go See Joe Smith. After doing some research I bought a Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Joe, and the experience couldn't have been better. He was always straight forward and honest, and never pushy. He helped me get everything I wanted in my truck and nothing I didn't. They didn't have an automatic Sahara on the lot to test drive (not surprising since these trucks fly out the door), so he brought one in just for me to drive. I wanted a certain set options that I was unlikely to find in a vehicle on a lot, so we ordered the vehicle with all the options I wanted, and he never suggested adding anything extraneous just to bump up the price. When the car came in and it was time to pick it up the closing process couldn't have been easier. The finance manager Joe Bonamo explained all the warranty options without being the slightest bit pushy, and he made the final paperwork easy as pie. Even if you're in the earliest stages of shopping for a vehicle, go talk to Joe, he won't steer you wrong (see what I did there). More
