I attempted to lease my second Jeep in 2013 and I had a horrible experience with a Sales employee that soured me so, I leased a Chevy Silverado. I did this out of impulse and frustration. I spent the next three years harboring over my decision. In the last week, I had four payments left on my Silverado and I was chomping at the bit to get another Jeep. I knew this wouldn't be easy because, I was a thousand miles over my limit, a disposition fee looming and the monthly payments I had left- not to mention Jeep holding it's value and the anticipated monthly payments of a new Jeep. I searched independent dealers because I refused to go back to Jeep after my ordeal. I couldn't find anyone to accommodate me. Lastly, I was left with my only other option to go back to Jeep. I dreaded this for three years. I was fortunate to be met by Sean and his professionalism. He not only got the best deal going forward for my new Wrangler, but saved me the headache of the disposition fee, over mileage and remaining payments. I haven't been this happy with a purchase (lease) in a long time. Sean was very approachable, accessible and his experience showed. I know his job is to sell the product, but his honesty to me, the customer, and the loyalty he has for Jeep, showed. As a consumer, I was looking for a fair deal, straightforward and to the point. This is what I can do for you, this is what you can afford and these are all of your options. I will highly recommend Sean Sajecki to anyone and Jeep going forward. I hope Jeep employs more Salesmen like him. Lastly, Anthony Burke, your finance manager, was outstanding. He did his job efficiently and effectively. Like Sean, he presented all options and didn't push me into unnecessary features Jeep offers. In my opinion, most Finance Mgrs. I had the experience with were mostly pushy, stuffy and uptight when representing their dealership. He was quite the opposite and for that, I thank him. My faith has been renewed, thanks to these two men. If the standard remains, I will be a lifelong customer to Jeep. More
