It was a pleasure to deal with Matt Lonano and Joe Bonamo. Both were extremely professional, helpful, and customer oriented. Matt was personable and patient. No pressure at all. From the test drive through closure, Matt guided us through the process. Joe, the Finance Manager, was thorough and clear with his explanations and attention to detail. Leasing a 2016 Jeep went smoothly and painlessly. I did have a service issue but this was quickly addressed and resolved by Mike Podell, the General Manager. I do think that this dealership cares about their customers and will be a welcome addition to the car market on Staten Island. More

He was very easy to work with and put me right at ease. He ran all the numbers for me and later that day I was driving my brand new Jeep off the lot. I absolutely love my Jeep, the entire experience and Sean's' comfortable low-pressure style. Had I known how simple the transaction would have been I would have visited Sean much sooner. He even called my insurance company for me. I have always wanted a Jeep and now I'm driving one. It didn't hurt that I had a beautiful 4x4 for our record breaking latest snowmagedden.
