Then a little less than a week later I started having buyers remorse as I wanted a 1500 with more features than I originally thought. Since this was going to be my forever truck, I went back to Island and talked with Mike Podell (General Manager) about how I appreciated the great deal they gave me, but I wanted to see about trading up to more features. Mike immediately teamed with Mike Bender (Finance Manager) and they put together a deal with Frank Acuna (Salesman) that was incredibly fair and very much appreciated. Not to mention Dimitiri Victoratos (Sales Manager) was constantly checking in and ensuring that I was happy throughout the process. They were able to turn around the deal in less than 24 hours, and make an already satisfied customer, a gracious and most satisfied customer. I can not recommend this team more, by far the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. These guys did just sell me cars, I am proud to now call them my friends! The new crew at Island seems pretty good. The new store manager Mike helped me to get out of a lease by going over and above of what he had to do. My only complaint was that we had to wait almost 3 hours to sign for the car, but the Finance manager Mike made it up to me with some free oil changes. I'll take it :). Overall I am completely satisfied. Love my new Jeep Compass. Will definitely see Joe Smith again in 28 months (It's a 36 month lease) because he will definately help me get out of it.
