Manager Richard Vento and Salesperson Richard Armstron I leased my first SUV at Island Hyundai and was VERY pleased with both their service and staff. Manager Richard Vento and Salesperson Richard Armstrong were incredibly friendly and personable in helping me choose a model that would best fit my needs. While the process was a bit lengthier than I anticipated, I was made to feel as comfortable as possible with offers of drinks, coffee, etc. and efforts of conversation during my wait. While I was nervous about my first ever vehicle purchase, I was immediately put at ease as details and information were provided in a simple way. All questions and concerns were thoughtfully considered and attended to, making this a truly satisfying experience. Peter Barone was also excellent at handling all financial information and processing. I would highly recommend Island Hyundai in regards to both quality of products and quality of personalized service. Very happy to have chosen Island Hyundai! More

Not Good Very poor customer service, went to lease a vehicle at 10:00AM, didn't leave until 4:00pm. Salesman and I agreed upon a price, after waiting over 2 1 Very poor customer service, went to lease a vehicle at 10:00AM, didn't leave until 4:00pm. Salesman and I agreed upon a price, after waiting over 2 1/2" hours to see the "finance guy", I am told that I agreed upon a larger down payment the what I thought i agreed on. It wasn't until I walked out the office that I was then told the dealership can absorb the fees I was supposed to pay. After 2 more hours of waiting, we finally get the car which was supposed to be cleaned. I don't call dirty windows and dirty car mats cleaned. I would have asked to have this corrected but was just to tired after being there all morning and afternoon. Approaching the salesman before I left about the very long wait, I was told this isn't like purchasing a shirt at a department store. I do understand that but have never had to be in a deanship over 5 hours to lease a car with A+ credit. More
