Never trust the service department at this dealership I brought my 2016 Tuscan in twice saying I felt something was wrong and it rattles when I drive. I was told my oil was dirty, even though I took it tw I brought my 2016 Tuscan in twice saying I felt something was wrong and it rattles when I drive. I was told my oil was dirty, even though I took it twice for oil changes in the less then a year I owned it. I then brought it to a dealership in New Jersey and was told I need a new transmission. The Staten Island dealership places you and your family at risk, never trust them. The toll could save your life. More
