Disorganized and unaccomodating Disorganized. No communication between sales, managers, and finance. Does not follow up on what needs to be accomplished. Had to make several trips af Disorganized. If the problem doesn't affect their commission but they don't care or make customer aware. Was specific we did not want the car that was on the lot that we would take one from the warehouse and come back to pick it up. When we picked up our car, it was the car on the lot and fincancing and insurance were all ready processed. More

2017 Tuscon Limited Top notch folks. My wife and I went to test drive a 2017 Tuscon and they only had a showroom model. We thought we'd have to return when they had more Top notch folks. My salesman and the team moved multiple cars to make this happen for us.
