Couldn't be happier I had such a great experience at Hyundai after shopping around at various other dealerships on Staten Island. I was given gQuestion # 4 After spend I had such a great experience at Hyundai after shopping around at various other dealerships on Staten Island. I was given gQuestion # 4 After spending 15 minutes on the Oklahoma Nursing Association website, I was very impressed with the amount of importance placed on this week's relevant topics such as workplace safety and conflict resolution. I noticed that the ONA discusses workplace advocacy through planned and organized systems that address everyday practice challenges of nurses. Some of these challenges include ensuring a safe environment, effective response to crisis situations and working through conflict constructively. Workplace bullying and violence is not particularly mentioned but a lot of the strategies for conflict resolution that are discussed can be applied to these issues. The ONA defines these strategies as "survival skills" and basically focuses on open communication, work collaboratively and provide a support system for nurses in seeking resolution to workplace problems. I think that coverage of this topic is encouraging and supportive to the nurses of Oklahoma. I believe that these nurses may feel some peace of mind knowing that their local nursing organization is concerned with their safety in the workplace. Based on my discoveries, I would like to inform my local nursing organization of the trend that the ONA is setting by writing a letter/email so that hopefully New York organizations can also take emphasis on this important topic. reat service, friendly staff, Couldn't be happier with my car!
