No pressure, informative experience! I have to tell you that Mike Jenkins, the salesman at Island Hyundai, was a pleasure to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured and his presentatio I have to tell you that Mike Jenkins, the salesman at Island Hyundai, was a pleasure to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured and his presentation was purely professional. I was an Insurance Agent for over 32 years. During those years I never tried to "sell" anyone or anything. I presented the pros and cons of products and made suggestions based on what I felt were the customers needs. As a result, I had a long and successful career with a loyal client base. Mike treated my wife and I exactly the way I treated my own clients. He returned phone calls and texts regarding questions I had on the vehicle several times, even after the sale was completed. I would refer anyone to Mike directly and Island Hyundai without hesitation. More

Great dealership I had a great experience at Hyundai Staten Island from Mike my salesman and the entire staff. In the past I have been to dealerships and I would feel I had a great experience at Hyundai Staten Island from Mike my salesman and the entire staff. In the past I have been to dealerships and I would feel pressured to buy and have to play games. In here the staff was nice, understanding, and listened to get me into my Hyundai that I like. Mike took time to go over everything and truly found out what I needed the car for. After testing it out I went to another dealership for a bit due to the fact that Hyundai was the first dealership I went to that day. The staff was very nice and understanding of that and after I went another dealer I came right back to Hyundai to start the paperwork. Mike even took the time to call my insurance company to get it set up with my car. When I picked up the car he took time to go over all the features. I am recommending Staten Island Hyundai to all. More
