Best experience ever I went in three weeks ago , to check out the Sorentos , I was greeted by Joesph Raimondi. I told him what I wanted , and my concerns and he listened. What I liked about him was that I didn't feel like I was at a dealership speaking to a sales guy. He made me feel like family and was very honest. When I finally decided on what I wanted he step up even more , I didn't have to do anything but just sign the papers and drive away in my new Kia Sorento . I had a full tank of gas , he went over how everything works , he even sealed with my insurance company.
