Service was excellent from the second I dropped my car off to the second I picked it up. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Besa is very personable and very professional. Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. There was a recall service put out for my car model and I needed to schedule an appointment to get it checked. There was actually a prior recall replacement on the Starlink LCD system but I chose to only do the newest recall since it was a safety risk. I've never been to Island Subaru Service Center before but I decided to go with them. I called and easily scheduled an appointment early in the day as recommended by the nice representative and I'm glad I did. I received a number of appointment reminders via texts, emails and a phone call, which I found convenient. Come the day of the appointment, I drive my car in and the assistant quickly noted the car's information and took it in. I'm lead to their service center where I'm greeted and assisted by Bessa, who was a tremendous help throughout the process. She told me the check should only take an hour and that she will give me a call when it's ready. So I head home and Bessa calls to inform me that I actually needed another service done for the Starlink. I informed her that I was aware but was going to opt out since it wasn't a safety risk and I didn't want the car to be kept overnight. She highly recommended that I get the Starlink fixed as well and listed the advantages, convincing me to go ahead with it. She assured me that it shouldn't take long and would even provide a rental if I needed one. She called back an hour later to provide me with a time to come pickup (only 3 hours!). I arrive on time and Bessa told me my car was ready to go. They even washed it for me! One of the assistants took my paperwork, brought my car to the exit and I was out. Very smooth transaction! To Bessa - Thank you for making my first appointment at Island Subaru Service Center a smooth and easy one! Your customer service was top notch. Thank you for the follow-ups and recommending to go ahead with the other recall. May this comment be helpful to other drivers looking to service their car. More
