Friendly and very helpful I brought my car in for service and a problem with my front leather seat. Laurena and Besa were the best. Friendly and efficient staff I recently heard a noise coming from my Mazda 3 Grand Touring which I wanted to have checked. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but I stopped in I recently heard a noise coming from my Mazda 3 Grand Touring which I wanted to have checked. I didn't have an appointment scheduled but I stopped in the Service Department anyway since I was so close by. I was greeted by the Service Manager, Besa G., and she took the time out of her busy day (it was a Saturday) to listen to my problem. She kindly told me that I didn't even need to bother calling for an appointment. She said for me to take the car in any time I wanted on Monday, and simply mention her name, and they would be happy to have someone take a ride with me, listen for the noise, and make any repairs (if needed). True to her word, I showed up first thing Monday morning, was again greeted by her, and I didn't even have to remind her who I was, because she remembered me. She had one of the Technicians ride along with me to listen for the problem, and everything was resolved to my liking in a very short amount of waiting time. They even gave the car a free wash before I drove it away. Nice touch! Should you need any service done on your car, I highly recommend the folks at Island Toyota/Mazda. I have had interactions with both Besa and a gentleman by the name of Florian Ndoci, and they are both courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. More

Had a problem that was factory caused. Called for service and spoke with Greg initially, Professional personable, couldn't be nicer or help enough. Set up app't. Arrived at service center and met James my service advisor. Once again, couldn't ask for better care and desire to solve any problems vehicle had. Problem solved in no time flat. Great work. Would recommend island Toyota to anyone. Also a commendation to Sam 1 and Sam 2. They were great to meet and I couldn't ask for more personalized service. Thank you all once again. Real help in fixing problems with the car I got real help from Freddy Bosco in solving problems with new 2016 RAV4 which had two defective tires. I think this man is very professional, knowled I got real help from Freddy Bosco in solving problems with new 2016 RAV4 which had two defective tires. I think this man is very professional, knowledgeable of cars and the industry. Moreover, he is caring, friendly. Freddy helped me have tires replaced though I leased the car through another salesperson in June 2016. Also he directs me now how to have Air bags system malfunction light fixed. This light goes on when car starts cold and could stay day long until you shut the engine down. Sure I will do my next car deal with Freddy Bosco and recommend this pro guy to others. Rude people and very poor service. If you think that name change will make a difference than think again. This place is the same place as it used to be. I was trying to return a Toyota lease and was given a run around for a week (you need to speak to this person but his not here today and wouldn't return my phone calls). Finally I got someone on the phone named Tony who was rude and said that if I'm not buying another car from him he has no room to take my lease return. After this service you think I will buy a car from you? Think again. I will also make sure I will tell all my friends and neighbors the service you providing so I will make sure they will not stem into your dealership.
