They didnt honor the warranty on a 1300 dls repair when they call me about price to fix they said that valve covers and timing cover, clem didnt check that the car was repaired there and when i told him he they call me about price to fix they said that valve covers and timing cover, clem didnt check that the car was repaired there and when i told him he reply that may be if tight the cover it was ok however in order to change the timing cover gasket they would have to remove valve covers there fore i will pay labor its the first time i seen that valve cover has to come off to change timing cover and i havent check on it, also engine light was on due to a sensor i discnect and they say repair would be 1300 dls for some pump that it was FAULTY he said labor is like sky way up there and they are not honest More

Car salesman did correct part of the situation 5.5 months after the fact, so they're at least responsive if you write reviews about them on sites like this. Proceed with caution. More

I recntly purchased my BMW at Isringhausen. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated very well. We bought our Mercedes from Geoff Isringhausen and I couldn't be more pleased with both the sale, and the service we recieved today. The dealership promised a number of fixes on a used BMW, but upon delivery, inspection revealed that they had not fixed anything. Beware of these Guys. They have had my car longer then I have. They say things like we will look at your car. Notice they did not say fix. Well I guess they could have painted a picture of it by now. The first week they look at it and tried to fixed many problems. I drove the car 5 miles down the road and one of the sme promblem came right back than another on the way back to the dealership. Wow did they fix it or dod they break it. Well I was promised my car on Monday. Called Clem and he reported that he hasn't even order the parts yet. You guys can do better by going to someone who will give you service. Stuff like a loaner, a call back, A drive with the car after service to see if your happy. I rated them a 5 for Friendliness cause there only to happy to take your money and keep your car for weeks at a time. More
