Good and bad review In July 2025 we were traveling with our fifth wheel and staying in Mitchel, SD for a week. Our truck displayed a message to have the DEF system serviced. I called Iverson Chrysler and our fifth wheel and staying in Mitchel, SD for a week. Our truck displayed a message to have the DEF system serviced. I called Iverson Chrysler and they were able to squeeze us in the next day. They replaced our DEF Pump and fixed the problem. That is where the good part ends. I mentioned to the service adviser that the pump should be under an extended warranty from Chrysler due to an emissions recall. He checked and said no it wasn't. Later I checked the paper work I had received from Chrysler and it showed the DEF pump was under warranty. I submitted a reimbursement claim to Chrysler, They approved the reimbursement and sent me a check for $2386. Also we told the service adviser that the truck was making a high pitched screeching noise when driving and accelerating. Supposedly their expert diesel mechanic drove our truck and said all noises were normal. We knew that it wasn't. Later at another service shop, it was diagnosed that we had a cracked intake manifold. The manifold was replaced and we no longer have the noise. More

On our family road trip, our plug-in hybrid minivan had some major issues. Iverson got us in right away and did their best to sort everything out. While the fix didn't work in the end, they were kind enough to offer us half of our money back. If we were local, we would have had them finish the job. They asked us to let them know how the repair goes in our hometown so they can use that knowledge next time they see this sort of issue with a plug-in hybrid. More

Great routine oil change Oil change was great. I have had all my oil changes at Iverson since 2008. That is when I purchased my first vehicle from Iverson. I originally purcha Oil change was great. In 2009 it was an additional vehicle of a Dodge Avenger. We then traded in the Dodge Avenger and the Dodge Caravan for a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. Then we traded in the 2010 for a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country. Then we traded in the 2012 for a 2015 Chrysler Town & Country. Then Finally, we traded in the 2015 for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. We drive a lot and put many miles on vehicles quickly. We really love this 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. More
