When I arrived, I walked over to the trucks to make sure it was what I wanted. As I was walking in.. A salesman "Shaun" asked if I needed any help, I told him I was actually looking for Carri. He took me inside and had the front desk call her. When she came out she thanked for me for coming in and since she didn't actually sell the cars set me up with Shaun and gave him copies of what I wanted and Internet price I was quoted. We did the test drive thing, I was pretty familiar with the truck but he went over a couple things I didn't know about. Went back in and did some paperwork, got my trade in appraisal and got my price which was a little higher than I expected. I asked Shaun and he talked to the manager "Rick" and Rick came over and we found a little discrepancy and got to where I thought was right. Off to financing.. Got introduced to Joe and we did the back and forth several times and I was just a little higher than I wanted to be. After a couple trips to Rick they found a couple rebates and got me down to where I was comfortable. Signed the papers.. Everyone there was courteous and helpful. It took four hours.. But I blame that on myself, I'm very picky and was set on a price I wanted to be at. I ended up with a whole lot of truck @ a fair price. It's the 2nd truck I have bought from JBA, and will be back for my next truck! More
Great Dealership I just purchased a new Chevy 2015 Silverado from JBA Glen Burnie and they were just great. I came into the dealership 3 times and did 2 test drives and these guys were very patient and courteous. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and also gave me a very fair deal as well. Kris Wehmueller is a tremendous salesman. He not only assisted me by answering my many questions he gave me a very thorough overview of the truck and its many benefits. The finance department uses the most innovative system to get you through that process efficiently. The parts department were kind enough to talk to me about the accessories that were available and shared their opinions on what worked well. I look forward to being a lifelong customer! More
used car Like to throw in bogus fees into contract. When I refused to pay for inspection fees and bogus paperwork fees the salesman would not budge. Would not budge on list price, which ended up more then Internet price, nor bogus fees. Rip off artists. Do not buy there. Dealt with arrogant salesman. Ended up buying g from Tate of Glen Burnie. Better deal, less miles, no bogus fees. Finance guy was only professional there. More

Horrible customer service....They broke my door handle When I picked up my car, this was a recall repair, they brought my car to me with the door open. I got in and drove to a store. So when I came back to the car and tried to get into the car for the first time the door handle came out of the door. This was the first time I touched the door handle after I picked it up. Maybe 15 to 20 minutes after I left JBA. I went right back to the dealership and showed them the problem. They looked at it and said I broke it. There is no way I could have broke it. I never had a problem with the door handle....never. They could have cared less.....Just horrible customer care..... More

To anyone who ever considers buying a car or getting their car serviced at JBA Chevrolet Automotive: save yourself the trouble of getting completely screwed over! I dropped my car off there to have it f their car serviced at JBA Chevrolet Automotive: save yourself the trouble of getting completely screwed over! I dropped my car off there to have it fixed for a gas leak. I told them it only LEAKS when the tank is full and I can smell gas the rest of the time. They proceeded to tell me that it was the fuel pump that needed to be replaced and the shocks were rusted ($1135). Two days later, my check engine light comes on, I fill up my tank and leave it sit for 7 hours to see if its still leaking and it WAS! I took it back the next day completely pissed off that they didnt fix the problem to begin with. Then they tell me the gas tank has a crack in it...So, they have to drop the gas tank AGAIN (since they had to do it for the fuel pump) and then charge me labor and parts for that ($850)! They had no excuse for not "noticing" the crack in the gas tank to begin with when I specifically told them that it leaked when it was FULL and that I suspected a crack in the top of the tank!!!!! Obviously, they charged me for parts and labor for the fuel pump which probably didnt have anything wrong with it only so I could come back and pay parts and labor AGAIN for the gas tank that I told them to check to begin with! I know that I am one person and that my voice doesn't carry far, but I will be damned if I'm not going to do all I can to get the word out that this place does not care about the customer. All they care about is the $$$$. Take your car to a mechanic that someone you know trusts and dont make the same mistake that I did! More
I have bought two new cars in the past few months at jba an I couldn't be anymore pleased with them, I will defiantly be going back to them when the time comes to purchase another car!
