Your service manager argued with me aboutbwhat is covered under manufacturer waranty. Was forced to reach out to GM directly to recoup the money i was forced to pay. GM sent notification directly to JBA to w under manufacturer waranty. Was forced to reach out to GM directly to recoup the money i was forced to pay. GM sent notification directly to JBA to which they still denied the refund. Now forced to secure refund through GM. Sad when a dealership doesnt know their own warranty policies. More
