Unbelievable! I have had the Camaro on my mind for quite some time. I said to myself I never own a brand new car I have always owned pre-owned vehicles. When he came back with an amount I was willing to accept, he said “Are you ready to take delivery of your new 2018 Camaro”? Without hesitation I took my new car home! That says a lot about a Dealership and its Sales Force . Mr. Cuffley did not have to do all he done, he already had my money but he did it all because he likes what he's doing. Terrible product and customer service I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I have replaced the battery 3 times, the thermostat, and now the transmission needs to be replaced. It hasn’t even been p I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze. I have replaced the battery 3 times, the thermostat, and now the transmission needs to be replaced. It hasn’t even been paid off yet! I complained to JBA and also GM corporate office. JBA charged me $130 to look at it. GM cannot do anything to help the situation. Customer service is not a priority. The transmission cannot even last until the car is paid off? Terrible product, never again. More
