Great Customer Service I have been going to J.C. Lewis Quick Lane in Hinesville for about two years now. The customer service is great. The mechanics are very thorough when I have been going to J.C. Lewis Quick Lane in Hinesville for about two years now. The customer service is great. The mechanics are very thorough when inspecting your vehicle and making repairs. Repair costs can be steep and if Quick Lane can not fix it, the regular service department is usually booked weeks to a month out. That is the downfall to services. Despite the prices, they have fixed my vehicle every time. More

Worst Experience Ever!!!! I ended up having to rent a car from them just to go to work the next day, brought the rental back the same day rented ( still got charged the full car rental price) after feeling like I had to hound them to hurry with my car!!! Don’t waste your time with this dealership! I’ll take the drive to Savannah next time I need repair for sure! More

The wait time not only when standing in line, but also concerning the actual vehicle service being completed has been much better under Maryah's supervision. Nicki has was very helpful with the scheduling and repairing my passenger mirror. Only two issues: #1-There was one minor issue with your parts department concerning one of the parts needed (chrome passenger mirror cover) not being ordered with the rest of the parts, but it was corrected a few days later. #2-Most service departs I've dealt with will call you when the part for your vehicle has arrived. On both instances I had to call them to find out that the parts for my mirror had arrived to their shop. More
Worst experience at a dealership for service ever!!!!!!! Made an appointment to get my 2016 F150 repaired. Service rep Ash tells me the first available Friday is three weeks away, so I schedule the appt. thr Made an appointment to get my 2016 F150 repaired. Service rep Ash tells me the first available Friday is three weeks away, so I schedule the appt. three weeks in advance. The day before the appt. I receive an email and a phone call wanting me to confirm I was still bringing my F150 for repair, so I confirm the appt.. At 7:30AM, I report to dealership on time and do a walk-around on my truck with service rep to verify scratches. I give him my key and he states I'll give you a call when we check it out. At 5:00PM I decide to call the dealership to get the status of my F-150 and he tells me that they have NOT even looked at my truck and might be able to get to it Monday. I told him I drove 45 minutes from my home to the dealership one way for nothing, He apologized and said I'll tell my manager so we can take care of you. REALLY ?? Take care of me on a truck still under factory warranty. What can you possibly do to fix this? Lets see, it cost me a trip to the dealership in my F150 that still has not been repaired, a trip to the dealership and back home in my wife's car and an hour and a half of work missed for my wife to pick me up, and then another hour and a half round trip to pick my UNREPAIRED truck up. Your negligence has cost me THREE trips from 45 minutes away to your dealership that's 1.5 hours worth of gas for THREE different vehicles, and you didn't call me back Monday or Tuesday and NOBODY has contacted me yet! More
