We apologize that you are having these issues so soon. Every time we start the process of selling a vehicle to a customer we are very thorough in regards to everything. Yes, you are correct in saying we make sure to purchase vehicles that have performed very well in the past, however we also let everyone know before they purchase a vehicle to keep in mind they are used and there is no predicting when a vehicle will have an issue. Now with that being said our service contract is one of the best in the used car industry and we stand behind it 100%. Due to the unfortunate issue you had so soon we were able to get your vehicle right in our shop and get it repaired. The issue you are having now may or may not be related and we will handle this repair just as swiftly as we did the last. Regarding your key situation, this is the first we are hearing of this. Your statement that we programmed your key is completely false. That is only something a Ford dealer can do, and the previous owner of the vehicle must have had these parameters set during their ownership. Those can be change or reset, however only a Ford dealer is able to do so. I do believe that most posted speed limits in this area are not 80 MPH. If you would have brought this to our attention previously we would have advise you just like we have with customers in the past how to have it correct and we would have covered the expense for you. We would never mislead a customer to think they would never have any mechanical issues. We pride ourselves in being very transparent in all of our transactions and would be glad to review the recording of your closing with you where we advise you that you're purchasing a used vehicle and it will break down. We'd be glad to sit down with you to go over any concerns that you have should you reconsider your decision on the vehicle you purchased.
