Great Experience. My fiance and myself just went to look. We got there and started to look around, (we knew what we were looking for), we couldnt find the traverse tha My fiance and myself just went to look. Jim walked up to us and asked us how we were doing and what we were looking for, we told him a 2013 traverse. He went inside and said it may be at the other store, he would check for us. We went inside and i started to look around, and i notcied that there it was in the show room. We told him that we found it and that we saw it online, and we were interested. It was in the show room, we thought for sure we would not be able to test drive it, but he said it was not a problem at all. He got some guys help him move the other vehicles and we test drove it, and we knew that this is what we were looking for. The sales team was great and very imformative. We got a great deal on our vehicle that we knew we both wanted. We are very happy with our purchase, and we would definatly recommand this dealer. More

Great guy, great dealership. One less than positive point to make though: the new financing guy.....if I didn't respect Jim as much as I do, I'd have walked out. Pushing customers to purchase add-ons that they don't want or need and then quizzing them when they refuse to purchase is the height of obnoxious. Tone that guy down and you'll have the perfect staff. Also necessary to say, the service department is fabulous. We are invariably provided excellent service and repairs for a reasonable price. Kudos to Jamie and his staff for that. More
