You drive into a covered service area, tell them why you are there they wish the car away and you go inside to register. The waiting area has comfy chairs with 2 rooms one with tv and a quiet room. There is free coffee, bottled water and fresh baked cookies. The most relaxing waiting area ever! Speedy thorough service, detailed verbal and written explanations on what was done and what will need to be done in the future. The car is brought into the covered area and off you go! Poor and Slow Communication My van was towed in on a Tuesday. It was diagnosed quickly and could have been fixed the next day. The problem was that every time I had a question (l My van was towed in on a Tuesday. It was diagnosed quickly and could have been fixed the next day. The problem was that every time I had a question (like is there an aftermarket part or a salvage part...) I could not get an answer. I was talking to a liaison (Melissa) and sometimes it would take more than 24 hours to get an answer. I use the van for my disabled son and don't use it all the time and was trying to not spend a lot on it, so I was trying to save on parts. I needed answers to make decisions about service. I suppose I was expected to just hand over my credit card without asking questions. It was 8 days before repairs were done because the communication was so convoluted. I could have talked to someone in service for 5 minutes and gotten alll my questions answered VERY FRUSTRATING! I cannot speak to the quality of the service as I just got the van back so today it’s fine but over $1000 for a starter and new battery it better be stellar. I really loved this dealership until now. It’s just crazy how this was handled. I won’t be back. PS - just picked it up yesterday and the check engine light was on!!! I guess since I only paid $1050 and change I didn't deserve better service? I'm not happy. More

2018 Honda Civic The purchase was pretty standard as I upgraded from my 12-year-old Honda Accord for a 2018 Honda Civic. My salesman, Jacob was kind, considerate. We The purchase was pretty standard as I upgraded from my 12-year-old Honda Accord for a 2018 Honda Civic. My salesman, Jacob was kind, considerate. We worked out a deal and the purchase was made on a Saturday. As my bank had Fed-exed the check to JL Freed and payment wouldn’t be received until Monday, Jonathan Dorf, the sales manager, who had introduced himself to me a few days before the price agreement was made, came over and knowing the payment was literally in the mail, trusted me to say, “Don’t worry about driving back up here to pick up the car. Just take it home now.” My wife drove the car home, but it was the level of trust that Jonathan displayed that tells you all you need to know about integrity, and customer service of JL Freed. My wife purchased a car from them a few years ago and although we won’t be in the market for a new car in a few years, we’ll return for JL Freed for their trust, reliability and stellar customer service. More
