Not exactly “Express Service” I scheduled an oil change for Monday at 9:30AM. However, I was somewhat confused when I arrived and was told it was going to take 90 minutes. I expla I scheduled an oil change for Monday at 9:30AM. However, I was somewhat confused when I arrived and was told it was going to take 90 minutes. I explained that I had scheduled an appointment online and was expecting it to be quicker, but instead I was told that doesn’t matter and I shouldn’t be able to schedule oil changes online — even though I received a confirmation email stating I had an appointment for that morning. The service took almost 2 hours. Not exactly “Express Service.” More

Very disappointed I picked up my car last night after 3 visits to the service center to fix my faulty window (under warranty). After my first visit my service represent I picked up my car last night after 3 visits to the service center to fix my faulty window (under warranty). After my first visit my service representatives claimed the problem was fixed; after the second visit a special part needed to be ordered to fix it. And, after waiting 3 weeks for the part, after the third visit, it was fixed. Despite the multiple visits, my main complaint was how poorly my personal property inside my car was treated, specifically my 3 year olds car seat. I’m assuming because it was 20 minutes to closing time when I picked the car up is the reason why it was brought to me outside, rather than the usual covered garage, but to make matters worse it was cold & pouring rain & it looked the someone has gotten in a physical fight with the car seat. It was unbuckled, several pieces of the fabric were unassembled (I have no idea why) and the seatbelt was stretched & pulled out (looks like with force) completely but it doesn’t appear that they successfully took the car seat out! I had my 3 year old & 10 month old baby with me, so I had to reassemble the seat. If the service center would have told me that they needed the seat removed, I would’ve gladly done so for them. Instead, I had to do it in the cold rain with 2 unhappy kids. When I called today to let the service center know what happen they were very apologetic but, I will not be returning to this dealership again. More
