They are excellent, fair pricing and never try to sell you something you really don't need. They have a customer for life~! More

I agreed the price over the phone and when I cam by JL Freed staff (Jonathan Dorf, Jake Klein, Chris Beck) were professional, courteous and efficient. I agreed the price over the phone and when I cam by the car was ready, fully charged, accessories installed and ready to go. It took a short time to get the paperwork signed and on the way. Jake gave me a nice tutorial on the tech aspects of everything and got me set up. There was no nonsense or attempted upsells or diversions with the paperwork. A polite decline of additional warranty was accepted with no hassles. I would really recommend them. More

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly The welcoming and intake staff was lovely. Everyone was polite. The waiting room was clean and as comfortable as possible. However, a piece was broken off of the overhead carrier that we had on top of the car. This carrier easily cleared the ceiling and garage doors where I entered and left, so it was done while my car was being serviced. Accidents happen, nonetheless, the car owner, me, should have been told about any mishap or breakage that occurs. The part that was broken from our carrier was put in our back seat without anyone mentioning it to me. More

Honda Accord Hybrid Patrick was great. I didn't have time to spend on the typical car negotiations and hassle so I needed someone who would work with me. I knew I wante Patrick was great. I test drove the car, loved it and told Patrick what I wanted. He got it for me and the price was right. Negotiations and paperwork completed via email. Picked up one week after test drive and left with my new car in about an hour. Efficient and effective and most appreciated. More
