Quick and easy oil change - Walk in I had no appointment, but I needed an oil change, so I took my chances and went to the service center knowing I would have to wait longer than usual. I had no appointment, but I needed an oil change, so I took my chances and went to the service center knowing I would have to wait longer than usual. After dropping off my car, I went in and found a seat at one of the desks where I could fire up my laptop and get some work done. The internet was great as I was able to send emails and use the internet without any issue. About 40 minutes later, the car was done and no one tried to upsell me on anything I knew I didn't need. It was a great and easy experience. More

The people are delightful. I chose a business based largely on the culture and people, especially a service company. JL Freed is getting it right. My day started with a delightful greeting from George, showing me where to go as it was my first visit. Brandon was so kind and helpful, clearly explaining everything and helping me to get proof of insurance for my inspection. I sat in the waiting area for a bit with my yummy (free) chocolate chip cookies and beverage, using the (free) wifi. When I realized my service would take a bit of time, I was offered a shuttle to my home that was 15 minutes away. My driver, Bud, became my new friend on the ride. I love this place and its people. Thank you for the kindness I found at every turn. The culture here is clearly a happy one, and I have found a consistent place to bring my cars, and hopefully buy new ones. More
