Everyone in the service department is so pleasant and accommodating, from the gal who takes your call (Holly), to the guy you give the car keys to(?), the service tech (Chris) who checks out the car AND calls the customer to discuss the repairs before performing the work and the cashier(sorry didn't get her name) who gets to tell you the final totals! We drive from Telford to Montgomeryville because we are happy with Freed's service and don't feel like we are getting ripped off!
