Loyal Customer, Unable to Trust Recent Advice I have been a loyal customer with JL Freed for a little over three years now; and I have to say that overall I am unsatisfied with my experiences. Adm I have been a loyal customer with JL Freed for a little over three years now; and I have to say that overall I am unsatisfied with my experiences. Admittedly so, the service is fast and efficient. However, my recent visits have given me cause for concern. About three months ago, I requested a wheel alignment at JL Freed. Just before paying for the service, the Auto-tech informed me that my car had front end damage and should be looked at by the body shop, and as a result, my car would still pull to the right slightly. Which it did. Just today, I had my wheels aligned at a different company (due to having 4 new tires installed). The improvement to my car's driving quality has been greatly impacted! And my car no longer pulls to the right. I truly believed that I had been purposefully misled. I was made to believe that my wheels were not able to be "properly" aligned due to body damage. Which inevitably would have resulted in me spending more money. And yet, another service center had no problems aligning my car, which now no longer pulls to the right! Unfortunately, I do believe that I was being misled, and no longer feel comfortable trusting the advice given me by JL Freed's Auto-Techs. More

Typical great service at JL Freed! I bought my Odyssey at JL Freed and return for all of my service. Someone meets you at the car to find out what you need, then directs you on where t I bought my Odyssey at JL Freed and return for all of my service.
